ROI: The biggest challenge for marketers

No matter how hard they try, marketers still say measuring ROI is the biggest challenge they face with their social media efforts, according to Simply Measured’s “2015 Social Media Marketing Trends.” The survey, which polled 600 marketers from across the country, asked for them to name the three most challenging aspects of their social campaigns.

Here’s a look at some of the biggest obstacles they cited:

-60% measuring ROI

– 50% trying social activities to business outcomes

-48% developing a social media strategy

-40% securing enough internal resources

-32% tracking results in a centralized dashboard
